Matthew Evans was amazing! He was working by himself! All of us were helped promptly. I got a new iPhone for a lot less than I thought it cost…he was very knowledgeable and didn’t waste any time and helped 5-6 people all at the same time. Truly amazing! Love this AT&T store!!! Time is money. Brilliant. Thank you.

Just went in to get a new screen protector and Matthew Evens helped me out. He also helped me with a recommended for a preventative of dropping it - I’ve got this cool bracelet attached to my phone now so that I can wear it while taking photos instead of dropping it every time one of my toddlers falls down lol anyways - I’ll be able to capture more memories this way and hopefully won’t be cracking anymore screen protectors! I had the privilege to work with Star on yesterday. She was absolutely amazing!! I got a little frustrated, but Star explained everything to me. She was calm so professional!! She also reviewed my plan…I was able to upgrade my plan for less money. Star spent 2 hours with me, she was patient and smiled. Star, I give you 5 stars ⭐️!! I will ask for you everytime. I'm the customer of this services I have around five accounts under this services I did’t like the service. The way they responded was worst. I order a mobile last 2 weeks I went to enquiry about the order to store thrice but I did get the solution. The way they spoke was not good 10/17/2023
